Using HiveTalk

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide, including direct messages. You give HiveTalk permission to store, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Zero tolerance

HiveTalk has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not create, upload, transmit, or promote content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, graphically violent, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. You may not bully, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or abuse another person.

Acceptable conduct

Do not violate privacy or intellectual property rights, spam others, interfere with the service, or evade enforcement. Follow the Community Guidelines available in the app.

Moderation

HiveTalk filters prohibited text and may remove rooms, messages, or other content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Users can privately alert room moderators, submit formal reports about rooms, participants, and direct messages, and block other users.

Live conversations

Live rooms may contain opinions or content from other users. HiveTalk does not endorse user statements. Leave and report a room if you encounter unsafe or prohibited conduct.

Availability

The service is provided as available and may change or experience interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, HiveTalk is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Ending your account

You may stop using HiveTalk or permanently delete your account from the Profile tab at any time.
