Using HiveTalk

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give HiveTalk permission to display and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Acceptable conduct

Do not harass others, impersonate people, share illegal or harmful content, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, or interfere with the service. Follow the Community Guidelines available in the app.

Moderation

HiveTalk may remove rooms or content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Users can report rooms and participants and block other users.

Live conversations

Live rooms may contain opinions or content from other users. HiveTalk does not endorse user statements. Leave and report a room if you encounter unsafe or prohibited conduct.

Availability

The service is provided as available and may change or experience interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, HiveTalk is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Ending your account

You may stop using HiveTalk or permanently delete your account from the Profile tab at any time.
